Profile of the company:
BPD focuses on one of the basic human needs: shelter. On houses, neighbourhoods and every possible residential need there may be in the countries where we operate as an area developer: the Netherlands, France and Germany. We conduct extensive research into these needs, which forms the basis of everything we develop and build.
BPD is a leading European area developer. Today, over one million Europeans live in homes and areas that we have realized. We believe in creating 'living environments', areas that are alive in their own right. That offer space and peace of mind and also encourage activities on the streets outside.
