IACCCA focuses on nurturing an environment of friendly exchange through the organisation of a rich and varied programme of activities where members can connect and share information. This includes an annual general assembly and seminar, collection visits, surveys, a biannual symposium open to the public, and the opportunity for members to conduct research on specific topics in a series of task groups.
The programme comprised an introduction to the Employee and Engagement Task Group by its team leader Patricia Dellorfano, Head of Fidelity Investments Corporate Art Collection, followed by a presentation on ‘Coping with Colonial Imagery’ delivered by Yves Randaxhe, Curator of the National Bank of Belgium Art Collection. Finally, guest speaker Gabriele Schor, founding Director of the Verbund Collection in Vienna, joined us to talk about that collection and its commitment to social inclusion and diversity.
